Corner

None among us knows what lies hidden,
Around the corner as we strives daily on, God's free land.

That corner on our ways by the dreams,
We carry and the many hopes we nurse,
Silently away.

Who knows what's on the corner as the,
Day rise up from sleep and the sun set,
Out boldly again?

What lies behind the corner? - none could,
Say -though the eyes are wide and the brains,
Fully awake.

None among us - could tell what's on the ,
Corner as we journey freely away on nature's,
Wheels - with hopes.
